Rhinoplasty

This surgery seeks to provide better harmony between your face and your nose, either from a cosmetic point of view or for functionality (septum deviation).

Since the results of this surgery will be highly evident, there must be a consensus concerning the patient’s desire and the surgeon’s knowledge so as to provide the best shape and naturalness.

The incision is made in the inner part of your nose so the scar is not visible. In cases where the nose wedges need to be changed there will be a small scar that will become invisible as time passes.

General anesthesia is usually used and the surgery lasts almost 2 hours. The patient may go home on the same day. During the post-operative period, a splint will be placed in your nose for 1 week on average and there is no need to remove the inner stitches since they are naturally absorbed (except the ones located in the wedges in some cases).
